
I woke up this morning with a “heavy heart.” Isn’t it depressing when you know you are starting another diet? I went to the bathroom (always makes you weigh less), took off my pajamas, socks and slippers (always makes you weigh less) and heaved myself onto the scale to see what the daunting number was, yikes! I then headed to the kitchen, had a tearful goodbye to all my sugary treats and dumped them all in the trash. I hope they have a happy and safe journey in their next life.
That last kid that comes to my house tonight for trick or treat is going to make out like a bandit; he gets whatever candy is left.
I invite anyone else who is looking to drop a couple of pounds to join me for the journey. Just take your weight and multiply it by 7, this is how many calories you should consume a day to loose 1 – 2 pounds a week.
Now get out there and take a walk “fat ass.”
Hi Sandy as you know i have been strugling all my life so now as a way to drop the pounds my insurance company has supplied every employee with pedometers and in two weeks i have walked 15.75 miles just from walking at work and walking at home wish me luck as i will do the same for you love u and miss you and can’t wait to see you at christmas and best wishes on your weight loss journey 🙂

Well Sandy I have already started that very tough journey and I am proud to say I have lost 12 1/2 pounds so far. What a struggle and all that Halloween candy Michael got. I must confess I had a couple pieces, but much to my families dislike I gave out pretzels so that there was no candy in the house. I can not explain it but every year I put the candy in a tough spot to get to and sure enough buy the time Halloween arrives I still have to buy more. I was not fighting that battle this year so it was pretzels for everyone. And I think my kids will never let me live it down. They just have to remember that as long as Mom is happy no one else matters. LOL 🙂

Well, losing weight was on my to-do list anyways, so maybe I’ll just quit procrastinating and join you in the attempt!
